750a opener arm

Hi, wonder if anyone can help . @Simon Chiles ??
The Anchor (part no 3 on the attached photo pivots the top of the opener arm. Does it have a bush inside like the opener arm does (part 9) ?
Can't find part no if it does?

Bracket 3 doesn’t have a bush in it. Bolt 7 and nut 8 pinch pin 13 tight so that it can’t rotate. Some operators will rotate pin 13 periodically to get some more life out of it. If your drill is pre 2001 bush 9 was upgraded to have more tolerance, previous versions had a tendency to loose these bushes in work, creating a greater tolerance cured this.
