Does any one know what error code 94-16 is i thought it was fuel filters , so changed all of them ,it cleared the code now 40 hrs later code has come back , thanks for any help.

It will tell you in the book, there are hundreds.

The code is for fuel filter pressure above normal
Just check you have no restrictions on the lines coming from the tank.
If all is ok try new pressure switch on top of filter housing
