Finally got round to getting it done. New edge, new brackets, new wearing metal on the bottom and sides, new brush brackets made. Only problem is the motor has now failed on the brush and struggling to get one.

A friend has a brush like that, motor went, cheapest and quickest was from the manufacturer (Allbut).

Thanks, I'll give them a go on Monday. Tried strimech and Sutton so far but both are circa £600 and the whole brush was only £1400 brand new 18 months ago

The last bucket brush motor I supplied came from Eastern Attachments as it was made for that OEM. If you can @JohnDeere8530 a part number I'll see if I can get one. Are you looking for a motor seal kit?
