A bill for warranty work

Bought a new item in August
Soon noticed 2 smallish faults, rang salesman he said "dont worry we'll get it in look at it"
Before it was collected noticed something else adjusted wrong (imo a pdi issue)
Mentioned that too ,"no problem" I was told "sort it same time"

Invoice landed yesterday for the adjustment and transport🤔
No mention of the other 2 issues ...but they arnt resolved

Personally I think that's a bit cheeky🤬

Was it brand new item or new to u? If brand new then not acceptable for u to get bull if it was new to u secondhand could be that whoever fixed/ adjusted it didn’t know about Ure convo with salesman so sent u the bill.

Ring them and explain they have charged you by mistake, I'm sure they'll sort it. No need for swearing or jumping up and down. (y)

Long time ago , but local dealer in the 70 s . My Dad gets a bill from them for a wheel Barrow, from about 5 weeks earlier . He phones up same day and explains or rather asks why he had the bill as he had never bought a wheel Barrow from them . Lady says , ah ok , sorry must be a mistake , we will credit you .
Couple weeks later , my sister goes to do weeks work experience at said dealer including the finance department . She comes home one day to tell dad about the wheel barrow story. Apparently, they sold one wheel Barrow on a certain day but for some reason , no body could remember who it was but that the surname was D . So the boss told the finance dept to add a wheel Barrow to all customers Bill's with a D surname and apparently they ended up getting paid for 9 barrows as people did NT check their bills very well !!

Not acceptable,but I noticed you said other thing were out of adjustment. Not know what it’s on and what’s covered by the warranty it may not be covered. A simple adjusting job I doubt would be covered unless it involves engine hydraulics or transmission type of adjustment. More info would help.

In trying to be a bit vague as it keep the dealer anonymous

As said probably a miscommunication between the parts and accounts depts

Looking on other forums the adjustment issue is very common hence why I think it should be a pdi issue
