They haven't factored in the CO2 sequestered into grassland. I know that Mike Berners-Lee has looked more carefully into carbon footprints, but I haven't read that sequestration has been included.

The myth of methane is being spread by Hannah Fry, too. But she has at last spoken about imported beef.

ah, this is the programme with the 4 tasters one of them being ambassador for the Vegan society Sara Pascoe.
I asked on another thread if UK ag had one of its ambassadors as one of the other 3 tasters.

I actually think she's a good egg in herself - been enjoying the documentary series she made that's been on recently - but she would be more ethical and more true to the principle behind her documentaries if she were more pragmatic about her diet.

And now Hannah Fry is having a go at cheese!
