I enjoy pickled eggs so i have done this with spare eggs. But i didnt like them that much it seems and i ended up with half a kitchen cupboard full of pickled eggs that no one wanted and i couldnt eat fast enough the dogs enjoyed them but i decided to skip the pickling and give them to then fresh like id done before my pickling experiment
