Definitely more time off. Depends what you're doing? Is it fitting work? We are just solely there for breakdowns. So on nights you can kind of get a hour or 2 sleep.... sorry I mean shut eye... sorry i dozed of ?‍♂️[emoji23][emoji23] some shifts nothing happen. But I always have something with me to do at work so not to depressing at times. As long as I tell my shift manager what I'm doing hes alright with it.
After you've finished nights it's best to get up early that day so then you are tired at night, to get you back in the pattern. I maybe should get more sleep. But I cant. Usually work all day in my own shed before going on nights.

Going in as a maintaince fitter but it's in a pharma plant so it would be a lot different to what I'm used to.talking to a few of the lads in there I'm told I wouldn't be too busy and plenty time for tff.I think I'd rather be busy as the time would go alot quicker...money is better than where I am but if I don't like it then the extra money is hardly worth it..

Yeah if you dont think you'll like it, dont do it. I knew what the shift job consisted of as I worked here already.
It's not too bad for me. I've got plenty to be on with at home when I'm off. Mines working out at like 200 days off give or take.

Do you move the digger with that tractor, I move mine with a TL90A, they're probably the same weight and dimensions but 15hp difference, I don't be going to far or to fast
I’d say that’s probably a good idea. I haven’t moved my digger yet so don’t know. I have had 13 tons of sub base behind that tractor in the dump trailer and that’s made it work hard on the hills. The trailer has had its maiden voyage since inrefurbbed it but that was my neighbours digger and tractor on it!

If you’re powering a workshop run it off two phases and everything else off the third. If it’s for a temporary job find a genny friendly inverter or better still a welder genny

I borrowed a 2x2 bale spike to clear a field of hay that was a bit soft under foot. The frame was a bit ripe so I decided to do a bit of preventative fabrication. Using the theory that it’s easier to beef it up than to repair after the event! I propped it up and disconnected from the tractor to make sure I didn’t fry the electrics.
