You don’t agree with the scientific assessment then?

ROI is also opening up. No such thing though as central government loosening up restrictions regarding basic protections such as masks, social distancing, table service only indoors, strict controls on numbers, vaccination status to be scanned at points of entry, etc, etc.
So relieved we don’t get to be run by and experimented on, by the Bullingdon Boys Sorority Society, or it’s equivalent thereof.
It’s a data and scientific approach….
You think Prof Whitty and co. are not scientifically literate...?

That would all depend on the extent of testing and what was recorded as a cause on the death certificate. Fake news.

It’s a fine balance between carrying on in the semi lockdown or going for the immunity card! At some point we have to do what we are doing as from 19 July. Yes it’s a risk but so is walking down the road. Overseas travelling is a mute point - I think we should have discouraged this just for this season but that hurts many businesses beyond the hurt and damage already seen

Flip side is that domestic tourist and hospitality could have seen a huge boost from UK citizens staying on the island(s).

And do pray tell me the opinion of Prof Whitty on the current “freedom” day plan, in all its facets.

BTW, how many freedom days can a bold and derring do leader, declare in a single year?

Germany has a death rate of 1% of cases.

The UK has a death rate of 0.1%.

I will stick with the tin pot idiot! Really does make you wonder where the supposed scientist went wrong!!

Somebody has to kick off the go at immunity and building up natural antibodies?
And who better than the fit, young and strong, in a country where the old, frail and susceptible are protected as best they can be at present?
Exactly , Boris doesn't want to vaccinate the kids , so we'll have a go at this first .
