Thanks very much everyone who’s participated, I know it’s not phd level, and the subject is same old, same old but she’s happy with the response
Same here.Done to the best of my ability but with the wording of some of the questions that wasn’t easy.
Obviously I’ve heard of set aside but I didn’t tick the box because it stated that farmers were paid not to farm the land in order to increase biodiversity, I’m certainly not sure that was an aim of set aside nor convinced it’s something it achieved.
Similar with quotas, I’m not sur the definition given matched the realities so I didn’t tick the box
Filled it in , as long as she is happy and it helps her out thats the main thing !!!Thanks very much everyone who’s participated, I know it’s not phd level, and the subject is same old, same old but she’s happy with the response
@Sonoftheheir are you an organic farmer as your daughters survey seems biased towards organic.
Completed.Good evening,
Not sure where to post this but my daughter has made a short survey for her Geography A level and asked me to post it on here.
Seems fairly short and simple to me, could some of you fill it out please?
Thank you in advance,
Gary
Organic and Conventional Farming

I have filled in the survey as far as possible, but your Daughter seems to be under the impression that Organic Farming is all good and sustainable, and that Conventional Farming is all bad.
It seems a bit ironic to me that in a survey about organic farming, there is no scope to be a mixed farmer
You mean mixed organic/ conventional?
