Abdominal collapse?

I have a ewe carrying triplets due in week or so according to colour, but she is very uncomfortable this morning and can't stand without help. She is eating well and once up walks around but looks like one half of her body has slumped down inside - if that makes sense. Her udder is all to one side and above it feels hard and she does not look right at all. Her poo and wee are normal, but I wondered if something has given way inside? Doesn't look good :(

Pre pubic tendon rupture, it happens with Mares, she will have lost the ability to push when she lambs, so her lambs will have to be delivered.
Cause, weight of lambs, weight of fluid, possibly taken a knock or been cast.

Dont think there is any hard and fast rule, I have heard on ones who produce water bag, open up and then need delivery assistance, and others who dont. Speak to your vet for guidance is best I think.
Pretty sure this is what it will be.
