Abrasive Discs

I've had a re-stock of discs and thought i'd put them all in one thread rather than try to update all the original ones as some prices have changed a little. It'll also be easier to mix and match this way.

All prices exclude VAT and delivery. Delivery cost is dependent on weight and delivery postcode.

Norton Neon 115mm (4.1/2") 40 grit Zirconium flap discs, pack of 10- £9.00 per pack
Norton Blaze 115mm (4.1/2") Rapid Strip Discs- £5.20 each
Dronco Attack 115mm (4.1/2") 1mm thin cutting discs, expiry date 2022, pack of 25- £9.50 per pack
Dronco Attack 115mm (4.1/2") grinding discs, expiry date 2021, pack of 10- £8.50 per pack
Dronco Attack 230mm (9") 1.9mm thin cutting discs, expiry date 2022,- £1.10 each
Tyrolit 230mm (9") 1.9mm thin cutting discs, expiry date 2022,- £1.30 each

Orders of 2kg or less usually sent via Royal Mail, heavier orders via APC or ParcelForce.

Just 115mm and 230mm I'm afraid. I tend to only stock what I also use myself and then I don't get stuck with anything if it doesn't sell. I did look into 125mm cutting discs a while ago but the was not enough interest to make it worthwhile to be honest.

Don't worry @Poorbuthappy - once @the-mad-welder buys a 125mm guard for his grinder as he thought about he'll stop stocking 115mm and move to 125mm!

I've got some left, I've not stocked up lately as is hard to find stuff in the UK at sensible prices to sell on and importing in bulk is hellish dear at the moment. I'll look what I've got left and report back on Monday.

The Dronco Attack discs are back in stock. They are the same disc but Dronco have changed the branding to Osborn now. I've also got some BlueSpot flap discs in stock.

Slight price rises have occurred on the 115mm but 230mm remain the same as previously. Bothe the 230mm and the 115mm have expiry dates of 2024.

I've had a hunt round my usual suppliers and have plenty of 300mm diameter with 20mm bore and 350mm diameter with 25.4mm bore, much the same as you've found I'm guessing!!?

Bore adaptor, 1" to 20mm perhaps? Not ideal I know!!

Same as what I’ve found, one place stocks them near so I buy a 100 a time at £5/6 ish.
the larger bore tends to be a slower rpm disk that buckles on full chat which is a brown undies moment
