Access to land wanted for aerial photography, Hertfordshire

Hi Guys
I am looking for permission to access land on which i can make test flights of an earial photgraphy UAV (Drone).
I have 3rd party liability insurance cover and am a serious research, and potentially, commercial startup. I need somewhere legal to fly the craft on a regular basis. I am not a teenager with a new toy.
Land needs to be accessible by car and away from the public as much as is practical. Happy to make a small payment as rent for the right piece of land, to either your favourite charity or directly to you.
Many thanks for reading this and here's hoping.
Regards
keith

Someone may take you up on this but be mindful of drones and livestock - they make a unique sound which can upset them.

Out of curiosity who insures you?

I have asked the NFU about mine and they are still head scratching

Hi
I dont intend to be anywhere near livestock, the law requires me to be at least 50 metres away anyway. Around hertfordshire there is enough Arable for this not to be an issue i hope.
3rd party insurance is from a dedicated radio control provider.
