I just email the invoices straight to my Xero in box. Make sure any scans or emails are saved as pdf. Then there is a send to option in the file menu.

I am on the full version via my accountant. So about £22 a month no setup fee. At that rate I am not complaining and Xero is so good it has saved me much more than it costs.

trouble is realistically if all goes to plan its a few months before this would be UK availble

currently no import for existing GK etc and I think that could be a big deal for some ?? its easy to set up and get going with though, the kind of software that you can intuitively just use without instruction or expensive training etc
Any progress @Clive ?

We supply the Kingswood Farm software. MTD compliant and very easy to use. It is PC only. Not cloud based. It is designed for farmers. simple version for VAT only for those farmers caught with the new regulation where the exemption for small turnover farms has gone. interface is similar to a spreadsheet so very easy to enter. then it goes up in levels. - standard version with bank reconciliation etc, similar to any standard acconts packge. followed by enterprise version which allows all entries to be allocated to different farm enterprises - Beef, Sheep etc. and finally an invoicing / contracting version whcih includes a driver app for contractors where the drivers can keep their client job cards up to date as they work. the app syncs back to the pc software via mobile network so the book keeper can turn the job cards into invoices periodically.
