220 litre Techneat ad blue bowser stolen last night near Witney. No vehicle access gained so would have carried it 400 yards to security barrier. It was half full so heavy, probably why they left the battery! Tossers, as though the job isn't hard enough as it is.

Report it, let me guess what plod said " sorry sir we are to busy here is a crime number, travellers you say can you prove that, any cctv, did you see them taking it, no sir we are having trouble finding a cafe open now much too busy, have you tried speaking to local council" [ if anything like a local one to me same one's that put sign's up many years ago stating, nuclear free zone, "travellers not our dept, try another one " ] , no problem if you like going in circles......
