Had a claim on last load of osr, weight loss deducted and £7/t cleaning charge
every other load was under 2% ad mix, they reckon last load was 4.2%
don't know weather to let it go as the last load can be dirtier or does it look excessive?

I have this problem regularly. The crud floats to the edge and ends up in the last load. Shame you can't average it out over the whole contract.

I am probably going to have a claim in my wheat as there is some brome seed in it. The field has not got a bad problem but the yeild was so crap the dilution factor failed to hide it.
Cheaper to let them sort it out than have it back.

Depends on merchant and store we charge. £5.72 to clean then you get a loss from admix as well.

Depends how much weightloss they wacked him for,

had a chap hit the roof the other day when a load of 6.7% admix osr went on a boat with a £9.50 flat claim (no weightloss) until I pointed out that 6.7% of barley was actually worth £20 so he was still up

Same as what happens with you 15.5% moisture wheat then.

The merchant doesnt want to pay for admix or moisture!
