Henson has a programme on C5 so perhaps he will throw off the BBC lefty vegan shackles and create his own identity in the future rather than spouting the Countryfile line.
Realistically the British Broadcasting Corporation is finished, they are too much to the right for many because it's main players are mainly straight white males and too much to the left for everyone else.
At the moment they aren't pleasing anyone.
I will be pleased with the BBC when they shut down.

Can't find where I saw it, but this article saying it hasn't yet:

Can't remember where I read it but it was an article about viewing figures and it mentioned that a 2nd series had already been commissioned. I could be wrong though...🙂

That's very good. Whoever he is he should be recruited by the NFU to redo that to be put out under their brand.
there are plenty of people out there trying to get the message over but it does against modern thinking there are so many ignorant folks who are prepared to listen to bull sh-t because it suits them and gives them someone to pick on and criticize very few understand how complicated the workings of the countryside are

Then we learn from Animal Rebellion. Decide what your message is, and just keep repeating it, over and over again, making use of all the media options that exist.
Our problem is we don't even know what our message is.

edit: because his message isn't actually anti-vegan, he has just done that to grab the attention, but rather it is pro-local.

Only problem I can see is the bit about methane - because when it breaks down it becomes CO2…

Sure, but at least he made the point about it breaking down in 10 years, just needs explaining that then taken up by the grass.
Meanwhile the NFU continue to go around apologizing for methane, saying that we will feed our cows additives to reduce its damage to the planet, as if every cow is as big an environmental problem as the internal combustion engine. We really are useless.
