Just wondered if Anyone can suggest a good 230v adblue despensing kit . Would need to fit on a 200 ltr barrel and have at least 4 m of hose and auto trigger .

We tried various pumps all of which were useless and went back to ibc and gravity. We have a small tank with a built in 12v pump that we carry in the pickup at harvest to fill the combine, the filthy stuff even knackered the pump on that but it did last five years or so.

Piusi rotary pump

They also do one for 200l barrels if your tractor is old enough that a barrel does a years work and are willing to pay the extra cost per litre.

For those of us who regularly still get electricity outages ?

Where do you guys order your IBC’s from? Local spot or just wherever is cheapest online?
I got mine from Johnson oils who supplied the diesel at the time

They initially wanted 34p per litre for the ibc

Told them to shove it, and the price magically dropped to 25p per litre

I get diesel from rix after that

We moved from IBC and a Jug to a dedicated 3000L tank and pump as more AdBlue Vehicles joined the fleet.

Revolutionary..

No Numpties using the Jug for oil water etc and less dirty AdBlu issues.. which were never ending with the Jug. No White marks on the yard in the garage or down the vehicle. No AdBlue'd windscreens where its been used as screenwash from the Jug.

Only Issue was when the pump gave up you couldnt get the Adblue in the vehicles.. some would sip it some would drink it so we got through a lot. We ended up with an IBC sat just in case.

I forget who it was but they dropped AdBlu off with a little DAF Tanker... Probably worked out cheaper than the IBC's over 5 yards or they wouldnt have swapped.

I just got a quote for a 200l drum at £150 with the vat and I’ve to pick it up myself... is that good or bad lol

in cumbria if anyone wants to send more quotes

don’t really want a IBC as only 1 tractor on add blue

Pallets, an IBC on top and gravity flow. I don’t walk away when filling AddB as my tractors normally take just a few litres so no need for auto trigger. Bigger machines may be a different story or filling at a location away from the yard I have no experience off.
