@bovine I would have to dis agree about poor teat coverage especially with the new type injectors and im yet to find a man that cover cows teats as thoroughly with a spray gun as consistently as ADF
They simply cannot spray the whole teat. I've seen too many cases where teat skin condition suffers at the top of the teat with ADF. I'm really not a fan.

I'd always ask the question would you buy it without a grant. If yes buy it if no then don't.
ADF for sale, not been used for a few years 24 unit system, all there exept no compressor, £1500.
Grant avaliable?

Teat prep is far more important in preventing mastitis then post treatment. Milking is not a race.

Does it really save that much time? Not picking holes just interested to know,alot of you guys probably have a bigger parlour than me (16/16) but as soon as the clusters come off the last cow they are walking out all sprayed by hand,never stood around waiting to be sprayed so for me I don't think I'd see any benefit,once you get into a rhythm its a doddle
