I was aware of the madness around 'gender stereotyping', and that the thought police had got their paws onto the subject but now they've started taking action it almost beggars belief how daft it is.
The worst sin, in one of the first two ad's to be banned, is showing a woman with a pram... the bast*rds! Nearly fpur people have complained about this, and now the add is banned... I wonder what we - collectively - might find sufficiently 'offensive'* to complain about and get banned.
*Apologies to those from Edinburgh, and my mother is an Edinburgh girl (so it's not a case of disliking the people), but whenever I hear of something being 'offensive' to liberals I mentally hear the word in a whining, male Edinburgensian accent - don't know why, but the fact remains. (In fact, thinking on it, I guess that Billy Connolly is to blame, anyone soft or pansy-like he mentioned in his routines had an Edinburgensian accent)

Philadelphia and VW ads banned for gender stereotyping
Ads for cheese and an electric car fall foul of new rules banning the showing of gender stereotypes.
