advice needed farm shop owners

Hi were a first entrant young (ish) farming couple looking to maximise returns from our pigs, and were currently looking for a vacum packer and plastic trays, labelling machine etc for our sauages, but being completely new to it, haven't a clue what to look for or were to go to find these items, were based in derby/staffs boarders any help or advice would be much appreciated as to what's required? Thanks
