Hi everyone , I am Kamal from India ( Punjab). I own a Pig farm with 10 sows . I want advice regarding
litter size and slaughtered weight.
1. What should be the ideal litter size ? Mine currently is 10
2. What's the ideal slaughter age ? Here it's 8 months at 100Kg but i heard here that in UK its 6 months how do you guys achieve it.
3. Are you using feed from market or making your own if you are making your own can you share the details .
4. What are some essential farm supplies i should have fro the care of piglets.

Looking forward for answers of these queries . Thanks in Advance.

welcome kamal :)....not a pig farmer but sounds like you're doing ok TBH:)

There is a lot of good advice on the AHDB Pork website, including videos and factsheets. All funded for you by us UK pig farmers.
I know that Australian pig farmers use it a lot so should be available to you in India.
