Advice needed on troublesome tractor

Left us end got all our money back end of 2014 and it’s listed here in June 2016 with the loader removed but they told me it went back to the factory I assume it went for export

Buying 'demo' tractors is also a legal nightmare as you are the second owner, and I am not sure where the warranty lies. Certainly is a legal issue; but you might be better sucking up the cost and flogging it on or trading it in. Have you gone back to your dealer and thrashed out a replacement??? It might surprise you what they come up with?
