What if they ever got on top of tb too?what do you think it will take, to get dairy farmers to realise ? I took a fair bit of flak for posting that thread, and I am not sure it did any good !

We used to do that years ago, but tb has stopped us buying cheap english calves or storesyou want some ? come down west in the spring, you could fill a lorry and drag @ about £ 10 each, or if you want the ones that are usually shot, for £0, but remember they are small and xbred
Just liars , thats all they are.quite simple really, they cocked it up last year by not completeing on time, I thought we had settled it, but they came back 3 months later, saying they wanted more. and never came back to us, until after the deadline, then I was accused of not paying the rent, and not abiding by the tenancy conditions, all false, just to try and cover up their incompetence, never heard another word till they served notice for may 2020, They obviously didn't read the agreement, as 'the landlord is not able to serve notice of rent review, more than once in three years'. Had it checked by a solicitor (agricultural) and not valid. Doesn't say much for, what used to be, a highly regarded firm of land agents based in taunton. And, if ag goes tits up following Brexit, it will be stand-on, or less 2021.
