The value of the unharvested crop. Even 2t/ac crop might be worth £400, although there’s the cost of harvest and storage etc to come off that.

only works if you don’t apply any inputs surely as even 2t / acre is worth more sold ?

I've 3 acre in a 15 acre field that received no fert as it was too wet , it has a crop of sorts , does that count , field needs a year off now

no herbicide . do 25 acre for neighbour un harvested barley , full of rubbish . needs farming to keep it clean
