Ours costs £80 a year, gets delivered for start of AI, then is removed at the end, is topped up once as kiwis have a habit of leaving the top off?

What alternatives are there?
I seem to have inherited a newish flask and the costs of topping it up, every 8 weeks. We use it very little and asked to be topped up every other time instead but they keep 'forgetting' and come every time. Going to have to look a bit harder at it now as the costs will soon be more than the few straws in it are worth.

Genus charge a handling fee of £3/straw (i think) for keeping it in their flask. Also could be worth finding a local AI tech and see if he could keep in his flask on a similar deal? At least the person responsible for looking after it gets the money then.

Genus were 2 weeks late topping mine up and it ran dry, but to be fair when Alta checked the tank out it was leaking .
lost over 200 straws and some of it you can't get now, so don't go cheap if they do not top it regularly.

An issue like yours is a disaster. That's the reason we dip ours every week.

If you haven't got a dipper then get your AI company to give you one FOC.

Simple note in your diary - expect a 2-3cm drop every week. Anything more than that and it could well be failing.
