Air con help, climate control

our t7040 air con has stopped working, it’s just blowing air.
First I thought it need recharging but she has good compression and full of gas, the air con isn’t clicking in to work.
I’ve cleaned out the air filter and condenser, because its climate control there is 2x sensors on the condenser, 1 is the brass type prong, Another in the housing with the fan and the 4th near the grill behind the seat.
As far as I can make out the valve isn’t opening to let the gas in when asked, I either have a blocked valve or a bad bad sensor.
Can I bypas a sensor?
I’m not sure which one is the thermostat

If it isn’t clicking in try giving the compressor a tap. If that makes it click it needs a shim out.

Failing all else call me as I know a very good aircon man. Only problem is he’s a very busy very good aircon man.

Try bridging the low pressure switch see if the compressor kicks in or not, if it does, low pressure switch has failed, quite a common failure.
How do I find the low pressure switch? Is that the one to the evaporator? It was reading 5v so I was thinking it’s already been asked to open?

On the Tigercat it is in with the heater matrix, even though you have 5v to it, it might not be opening, the trick is to fool the compressor to thinking it is open, aircon fitter has bridged the LP switch on mine, and left me a week like that till he got back to me with another, but it's not Climate Control, only AC.(y)

It has a button under the fan that’s either “econ” “on” or “max defrost”
Is the sensor for temperature in the seat or under it?

We had a similar fault on our 6070 climate control. Gas checked, gas exchanger valve under seat (correct term?) changed. Still intermittent fault, then eventually stopped working altogether. Fault finally traced to a small relay (in fuse box I think). Working a treat now.

Might be worth me swapping a relay just to see.
Had another mess around tonight, I’m sure the low pressure switch isn’t opening, it’s actually reading 13v but I don’t think it’s opening.

Pull the 2 spades off and try a bridge wire, you won’t do any harm.

The seat is out, there’s 4 sensors, 2 under the seat and 2 near the fan.
The tractor isn’t telling the compressor to kick in, I put 12v to the compressor and it works.
Went to the main stealer this morning but we couldn’t find the climate control sensors on the computer, got an expert coming in the morning

I would hazard a guess at the thermostat, which is electronic on anything 6 and 7 series. I've changed dozens. ( check by bypassing it) but relay and fuse and a.c. switch ive also had poor connections at.
