Not wanting to bother with new thread, I have a new dilemma I was wondering if could get some assistance. The wire that comes through floor behind the seat that powers the seat. How do I trace that wire back to its source as it needs totally replaced

So the wire that goes down through floor doesn’t go to the plugs under the door plate ?

If I remember correctly I think they go through to another connector ( or two ) tucked down near and under the fuse box. Remove the fuse box cover then undo the two screws at the bottom of the panel. Gently slide the panel downwards and towards you at the bottom to remove it. You should be able to trace it behind the panel by gently tugging the wires.
