Air purifier to help hayfever??

Hayfever is killing me again, was wondering if anyone runs an air purifier? And can it drag air from all corners of house or just circulate the clean air around it?

The wife gets hay feverand and sneezes continualy with runny eyes, So puts a purifier in the bed room to get some sleep, says it works,and clean the filters regular. But get one big enough for the area

Thought you'd have all this organised in advance!?

Do you not always get hayfever this time of year?

Or chosen a career that doesn't affect this problem.

Cheers, the drugs and sprays keep it under control but would like to reduce that, ill grab one when i get a chance.
