The reduction in BPS is compulsory though and you will only get it once whether it is a lump sum or in dribs and drabs over the next 4 or 5 years.

If you have a terminal illness then take the lump sum...

Im 38 do i still class as young, im very tempted to tell them all to go forth and multiply and do my own thing with my land and my farm.
