Perhaps I'm wrong but from what I heard the bankruptcy was still being looked at and not fully completed.

Just what I heard, I truly hope he can't get away with it as it's only a fake bankruptcy to avoid his liability.

Personally I'd have him hand dig all the graves for the many school shooting victims that are yet to happen and be forced to be present at every autopsy, then he might stop his terrible lies.
