sounds mad, but I've actually seen fields of docks cleared quite well with dry cows. But you do have to be harsh and I wouldn't do it when they're seeding...

This is the difference that the right grazing density makes, even with youngstock, the left and right had the same amount of docks before grazing. The field is quite clear now.

I would say hes right. Ive been dissapointed with forefront in the past, mega £££ too. A go over with ally in the spot sprayer is a finished job.

I don't doubt that helps, if ground is dry enough to push them that hard. Which is once every approximately 23 years it seems.

We can grow awesome docks. I've often wondered why they couldn't genetically modify them to be of use.

im tempted to make a dock bale and have an anaysis then burn it, out of intrest.

We have a feild covered in them 12 months ago, hammered it with drys last summer, and sheep all winter, not a dock on this year, 10 acre feild. just need to do rest of the farm now!

They like high fertility, so they aren't quite as aggressive in organic anyway. (Unless you follow the practice of slipping in loads of spent conventional poultry litter, which I'm sure jondear does not).
