I have got a cow with a metal anti sucking plate with spikes on it fitted for obvious reasons.
But she is somehow still managing to sucking the other cow's.
Any idea's what to do?

Had one similar, we put a bulls ring in her nose with a short length of chain. That seemed to stop her.

Sometimes they realise they can rub the plate down the flank of the cow they are suckling and flip it up. I put one in upside-down and that seems to work. Or if you have an old bag boss cow that doesn't take any nonsense, pen them up together for a couple of days.

Here's the cow in. I took the plate out yesterday and made the spike's more spiky!

Checkout the LMC Bulletin page in Farming Life. This will give you a rough guide to prices. Cow price is also dependent on kill out weight. By the way factories love to make a fool of dairy farmers. Don't accept the price they offer you,keep gerning for more.

Liner, getting a grant so needs to be SEPA approved! I know literally nothing about lagoons, first time I was up at it today. It’s badly needed, slurry tower has holes in it!!
