Our cows are milking the best they ever have, other than a few crap Friesians, I think the extra 4 weeks being dry with draught has helped, but they have also eaten grub faster than Iv ever known, out grassing every dry day, saving 2 bales a day, am back fencing, am hopeing rye corn will save us it's look super but if wet won't get on it till March.

Lets see some pics then - It's my first year growing Rye and I must say it does look well, but I've never seen any before. Mine seems have gone a bit flat in places, but the buggers will be licking it off the floor.

Will take some tomorrow, my secound year growing it, never used fert, our feed rep said its no good for dairy cows but good for Youngstock, our dairy tanker tickets tell a very different story, we went over it 3 times befor reploughing it.
