Judging by our land you’ll be back out again tomorrow. The rain has done a magic disappearing trick. The ground is dried up and the brook has gone back down.Not enough to worry as it's still growing, 60 day round, if they had stayed out from Jan 2nd or would have got interesting tho, but if they stay in now for a few weeks you'll hardly know weve been out

ours is looking very similar, once it starts to move its a race to keep up with. Did yours come from Great in Grass?

Looks good but where ryecorn will really perform is in a conventional situation where you can chuck N at it. I saw pictures from an autumn calving friend last week who had was on his third grazing round with youngstock on August sown rye.
After that's been grazed what drill next on that field ?I've got nearly everything back outside now. It's may only be 10 days but it all helps while straw prices are high and forage stocks are low.
These are the only ones that would normally be out at this time of year but you wouldn't normally be seeing many pictures of them.
