Ibr started in my bulling heifers,the only person to go near was the Ai man,it then spread into my milkers and beyond,I should personally have disinfected him!

That’s I was thinking of doing. However if you have a very severe criteria on what cows are deemed suitable then this doesn’t really work.

My criteria was any cow bulling in first 10 days that wasnt in bottom 15% on production was suitable.

After this years results i will change that to 5th lactation or less.

7th lactations 21% conception rate whole herd 55%. MID 40s on sexed used.

Was cr on older cows due to sexed, pumping milk or being old I dont know so not necessarily expecting to get more in calf but try to use cheaper semen on cows less likely to conceive.

Ok. My load of cows got paid today. Come on, surely someone will tell me what you're getting in England for O grade cows? My O+ was 235p, O= was 225, and O- was 215. It's at least 30p back, if not more, than end of summer.

A very mixed bag, the one was never a p1 but came up with a liver abscess so guess they down graded her for that
