We calved some fleck crossed heifers this year and they have had the worst temperament I think I have ever seen, 2 of them weren't safe to put the clusters on to end up with. We were all very happy to see them going up the back door of the truck!

What was the sire?? Out of curiosity.
I’ve had a couple of lively procross with monty sires but not had any issues at all with fleck heifers and I’ve calved several now .......bulls however (n)

Think I'll set a trial one of these up this week, what sort of teats are you on? And how soon do they go on this system, are they individual pens and twice a day fed for a week?

Im glad youve seen the value of 2 fully working arms and a full compliment of fingers!
