I had in mind a farm walk to learn about this tall grazing thing, but sure, if I had the time, a tour of tff dairies would be a grand idea.
I like the sound of the holistic grazing, but I think if you got it wrong, you would end up with a worse mess than getting 3 leaf grazing wrong, which I frequently do anyway. Or perhaps because you are supposed to graze an overgrown mess, you get more leeway .Either way I think it is something that needs to be seen with ones own eyes rather than something that some bloke on the internet does

Do they help with flies? Last year was very frustrating for fly control and looking for alternatives to chemical controls which didn’t work that well anyway

Id sooner sh1t in my hands and clap than milk coos after 5pm. 4.30pm and even 4.15pm.

Very very dry herem. l expect to wholecrop all the wheat this year and buy grain instead. If we have another dry it will be better than money in the bank.
