A cow's natural diet is grass. Enticing them in to be milked by offering goodies such as organic cow cake in the robot is discouraging them from eating their natural diet. I thought the whole ethos of "organic" farming was that the customer wants the cows to be on a "natural" diet as much as possible.

Sorry you don't understand what I asked. Or, apparently what your customers want.

🤣🤣🤣

Makes you wonder if the samples stored right in transit or when it gets the dairy
Having probs a while ago asked the lab if they recorded the temperature of the incoming samples. No was the answer. We are on evening pick up The sample will sit at the haulage depot for 18 hours before being sent to the lab. -- and no one thinks it relevant to check the temperature.

Ours (should) go straight into a fridge at the dairy. When do yours actually reach the dairy which is presumably where the lab courier picks them up from?

Not very easy when your on night collections but a word with the tanker driver can usually be interesting, might discover others on your route may be having problems or maybe problems with the tanker/ dairy.
Milk buyers are faster telling you that you've a problem than admitting they have

I'm not saying it's the case and I'm certainly not accusing anyone of anything but my usual drivers are on holiday this week and this would have been the first pickup from a different driver...
Like I say not accusing anyone of anything but hopefully this one will prove to just be a fluke
