Use plastic leg bands, one colour for front another colour for back then on the corresponding leg
We find blue and green not to be a good combination of colors to use as iodine makes them both appear to be the same color. If you fold back the tab you can see what color it is supposed to be but don’t get many people who will go to that effort. Also they aren’t the best with green bedding as it stick to them. Still better than the tape that needs replacing every week though.

Just to clarify. Red means back quarter blue means front quarter and you put on appropriate leg. Antibiotic cows are in a separate group when we have any.
Arla stipulate you use red is for dump cows. Even if they are in a separate group. With tape we put one green on the corresponding leg for front, two for a back quarter.
