It’s surprising when you think about it how many have sold up down your area. A lot of milk gone. Does the farm that’s selling up in a couple of weeks time supply saputo?
Yes a Saputo farm.

We are just adjusting some of ours as we feel the dimensions were out in our new cubicles standard seems to be 2100mm and 1200mm from headrail to bed. We have set some at 2050 mm as we were seeing to much muck on the bedsWhat’s the diagonal distance from neck rail to the edge of the kerb?

Do you have brisket board or are you using the neck rail to adjust it? So many variables...Just taken a cut of silage off have approx 2000g ac of slurry avaliable and composted FYM
Questions.
Do I go with slurry , trailing shoe or splash plate?
Do I go with the muck even though work activity has gone deep?
Or wait until rain forecast?
I know!So many variables...
Onto what? And are you after N or K?
I'm waiting for rain here, esp. for slurry, but have very light land, slurry with dribble bar or trailing shoe will scorch it.
Composted FYM onto anything grazed not a problem now, will just sit there until gets some rain to work it in, but won't kill any grass.
I'd wait for rain any urea will be wasted .Onto grass stubbles.
This is a drier block than home.
we use 6in double drainage pipe, and builders metal strapping, to hold it down, dead easy to alter, just 1 nut per cubicle.Do you have brisket board or are you using the neck rail to adjust it? We’ve struggled with position for a while
