Do everyone else's cows milk awfully when they're milk recording?? Did mine for the first time last night and this morning, they have literally never milked as badly 🙈 did brilliantly tonight tho!
For instance 1109 us a second calver normally does 30l a day, did 7.5l last night and 6 this morning so 13.5 total, tonight she did 15.6!
221 also a second calver, normally does 40l a day did 24l total whereas tonight she did 22l! Bloody annoying!

On the plus side, dehorned all my calves today and cut 21 acres of grazing ground that got ahead of the cows, and I think I've finally found a relief milker 😱 🙏🤞needs a lot of training as hes never milked a cow before tonight but hes got the right attitude and the improvement from start to finish was really good 👍

😱 my poor baby 😂 she didnt hav enough to go on the system as apparently they have to be giving atleast 3 litres 😂😂😂 I'll probably dry her off once I get the Johnes test results back as shes become a bit of a nuisance in the parlour, I know you lot think I'm mad but she makes me happy, although it's become a bit scary when she runs at me for scratches as she literally is the size of a house 😂
