https://www.cyclist.co.uk/in-depth/348/laura-trott-interview Interview from several years ago. Note the reference to the Milk Race, which Dairyco and Dairy UK were major sponsors for.

Laura and fellow female Olympians were featured in a previous AHDB/DairyCo campaign 'Make Mine Milk' - this particular advert featured on social media in places that teenage girls were likely to engage with it, which is why you may have missed it. Very focused marketing.

4 days growth! Not bad for no fert!
I've been experimenting with the cows, I cut the buffer feed out and have just been grazing them, I shall be going back to buffer feeding I'm afraid, lost a litre per cow and more importantly fat dropped from 4.35% to 4% 😬

How much do you get paid per litre? How much does buffer feed cost??

Must be getting something good from the buffer then mine tend to drop when I feed even good silage. If you allocated extra grass don't you think you get more out of grass at less cost?

It's a much more direct way of converting your grass into cash isn it?? Tank watching is only natural though but sometimes its best to think why they dropped and maybe accept it rather than try to push them back up every time??
