Am living the best of days.
my weekend to work all done by 9.30.
Plenty of time to walk the dogs with my best friend and get home to watch Bryony Frost show the boys how to ride a steep chaser and win the tingle creek at Sandown . Then go back and do the afternoon routine whilst listening to my beloved Liverpool go top of the league. Finish up in time to watch Max V choke in F 1 qualifying.
proper lush.

Easy on lad. Days not over, don't scud it.

Got an extra 50 acres to graze from a neighbour who only uses the ground for cutting, first day taking the cows down the road today, got to admit I was slightly nervous seeing how they behaved! All fine luckily :)

Silly suggestion but why don't you dry two off Wednesday and only get the tubes and wipes and dip etc out once.
Because I like to complicate things and that would be far too easy 😂 I probably will tbf, just meant that's when they're due to go dry, got 3 next week and then 13 the following week which will leave me 2 rows less in the parlour over Christmas and new years 😀

Dry the week off after the 13 at the same time and you'll have 3 less rows for Xmas and whatever cock ups it throws at you.

Unfortunately the 13 would be everything up until the 9th of January (there's a week between the 2nd and 9th with nothing due for some reason!) So don't really want to dry off anything too much earlier as they're having long enough dry as it is

Sometimes you have to question your system choice and the financial viability or certain decisions
After 282 days at grass and a grazing season that I am scoring an 8.5/10, we finally housed full time on Friday
To then see after only 24 hours fully housed a 1 litre rise is absolutely gutting
