Altering shed size after planning

I rang planning and they said to do right I should apply for "amended application" but they were happy to leave me alone unless they got a complaint which they did due to an annoying neighbour so £80 later and my amended application and I'm squeaky clean

That sounds like a bargain, with planning fees based on size of shed. My memory's not as good as it used to be but over 465 m2 planning fees rise by something like £365 for each additional 75m2. So assuming another 20 foot bay on an 80 foot wide shed that should have added over £700 to the planning fee.

Sorry, just realised you're not the OP, don't know what size shed you put up or how it would affect planning fees.

yes it is a bargain I had planning for a 90 x 50+5 cantilever (4950ft2 460m2) <to keep below its is actually wider but I altered dimensions to suit! I then put it up 120ft long planning wanted me to re apply really but I suggested amending application which they said I could do so I just paid £80 smiled and sent them new drawings.

You are correct at £80 for 465m2 it is going up soon and I know it gets really deere if you go over this size.
