Alternative Network Infrastructure Providers (e.g. Gigaclear)

Hi,

I'm doing a bit of research on possible dissertation topics and I thought it might be topical to do something on Alternative Infrastructure Providers like Gigaclear. Has anyone had dealings with them regarding wayleaves? (I've read a few posts on here already) If you have, how was the process?
