alternative to a static caravan

any ideas on a smarter, more insulated modular pre-fabricated building for summer or winter staff to live in?

Forget static, mobile is the way forward. :whistle: If the staff are bad, they can be just be moved elsewhere whilst they sleep...

Modern statics are quite smart. I lived in one for 5 years.

Like an oven in Summer though, and the water froze up in Winter :banghead:

Not sure which alternatives wouldn't need planning.

I’m in a static caravan, looks smart, gas central heating and double glazed. Free standing furniture, open plan, bath and shower, ensuite toilet, etc.
I paid about the same as a once used shipping container would cost.

Mate has a wooden framed, portable structure, has bloody great straps under it which means it's portable. Very nice, but many, many times more expensive than a static.
