Amatron+ section control from c3000 screen.

I've got a pre isobus amazone sprayer with an Amatron+ screen. Can I link it to an agco C3000 screen in a massey and control the sprayer with the C3000? I've seen a video on YouTube with a topcon screen doing this.
If so, can you tell me what cable I need.
Thanks.

I don't think you can. If I remember right, @Robt explained (when he was working for LH) that there is a solution for the original Topcon X30 screen but the AGCO C3000 would only work with Isobus implements.

I think we have someone else from LH Agro at the forum but cannot remember the name. They would know for sure.

You would need xLinks activated at the screen and AGCO didn't bother with that. It would also allow controlling sections e.g. in older Väderatad Control Station boxes.

For adding automatic section control with Amatron+ your best bet is to get an Amaclick box. Then use AgOpenGPS with a relay board and solder wires from the relays in parallel to the manual switches.

See more and try to cope with German language:

I planned to do that conversion (we have available C3000, Amatron +, Amaclick, Amatron 3), as I originally wanted to release our sprayer's Amatron 3 to be the section control box for Väderstad e-control (that works with an iPad App). However, Amatron 3 does no allow 100% overlap of the outermost section, so it is practically useless for drilling with a 2 section machine. Hence, had to take C3000 for that (i.e. choose a different tractor), since there it works, doing section & all master control for the Isobus machine and the Väderstad iPad App just being the slave for viewing drill status screen all the time.

AOG is certainly an option if some DIY work is allowed. Then again, Amazone GPS Switch boxes seem to be available at low cost. Feed NMEA for GPS Switch from C3000 and you're done. We use that as we had the sprayer long before the tractor.
