Amazone Sprayer

Currently having problems with filling the clean water tank on an amazone UG 1300 trailed sprayer in as much that no water seems to be going to the tank, have had the guards off at the front and checked everything is plumbed in and it checks out,the book is very good at telling you how to start the rinse procedure but not on what settings you should use to fill it,in all other respects it works ok .
I have tried the main valve at the bottom in various combinations but we suck from a 2inch feed so i cant see anywhere else that it should go apart from pointing at the hose and filter logo, then moving the other two valves doesn't make any difference. As always its probably something simple as but any pointers would be greatly appreciated .

Have you been able to fill the clean water tank with the pump in the past??? Or is this a new machine to you. Think you have to fill with a hose pipe. Ours has a bearnet fitting on the sprayer so you can connect an inch pipe up..

Most slightly older sprayers only fill clean water tank with water hose for fear of contamination from chemistry in main tank on my sprayer one way valve fitted to pipe leaving clean tank. Because if level in main tank is higher than clean water tank, it could in theory back fill if u were using clean water tank to boost spraying capacity as I do .
