Hi, I have one of the above and have what I'm hoping is a easy fix. Been out spraying as normal today, but when I moved to last field it won't build pressure up. It stays at 0.9! If I give extra rpm it will climb but not enough. In manual mode it won't increase either, although I can hear the solenoid click when pressing +/- buttons

Does anyone know what may be causing it?
(Agitation is only on 1 and even on 0 there is no significant difference, filters also clean)

Might be something to do with the seals on the section manifold or possibly DUS playing up. I don't know much in the way of details but have heard they can give trouble. Speak to dealer.

When I had the exact same problem as you describe it was the small inline filter that sits in the bowl above the agitation intensity lever, it should be self cleaning but mine was blocked with bravo. It would spray fine until I got down to the last few hundred litres then the pressure would drop and would not increase even when the agitator was switched of which normally puts the pressure of the gauge.

Another area worth looking at is the pressure relief valve that's part of the pressure regulator if the pressure exceeds the limit and it blows I find you have to drop the pressure off to nothing using switch them increase it back to operating pressure.

Another possibility is its sucking a small amount of air in through the drain tap at the bottom of the tank that's a problem I've had And strangely the tap wouldn't leak If left standing.

Thanks for responses!!
On the side, next to the top selection lever there is an electric solenoid which operates a valve. When pressing the plus or minus button you could hear it clicking but not reacting. Through frustration, after trying all sorts and being a Saturday and not being able to get hold of anyone, I set about the box below the solenoid with a hammer!! It worked! Then it rained for rest of day!! Lol.
All done now though
Thanks[emoji106]

Have had problems with my 1801 when the screws that hold the motor on the pressure valve have come slack and the motor gear comes out of drive. All so have serviced pump with new valves and diaphragms
