Good morning, I’m not sure if this is in the right thread, as it’s kind of GPS related as well. We have an Amazone ZA-M with the Amatron+ box and a GPS Switch. We’ve been having issues with a speed input into the Amatron box due to a radar fault with the tractor, so have been spreading with it on manual speed. When you look in the GPS diagnostics page in the Switch box, it shows forward speed being provided by the GPS, is there not a way the Amatron+ box can use this signal for the speed? We’ve found no way to do it, and local dealer doesn’t think it’s possible with the Amazon+ box, but it seems so frustrating that the 2 boxes can communicate with regards to switching the spreader on and off etc but not share a speed reading? We do also have the ongoing issue with GPS outlier failures for no apparent reason, but this has happened for the past 3 years and we’ve been told that an Amazone rep is coming out to sort that as they’re the only ones able to put the software update onto our box. It’s a great spreader but frustrating when these little niggles seem not to be able to be rectified. Any help with this issue, especially the speed would be hugely appreciated!
